The Gua Sha Sculpting Workshop
This mat-based workshop invites you into a full facial wellness ritual at The Craws Nest Collective, Currie - a calm, intimate space for slowing down and reconnecting with your face.
We begin with a guided facial massage to wake up sleepy muscles, melt tension, and prepare the skin for deeper sculpting.
From there, you’ll move into our refined Gua Sha ritual: a slow, intentional sequence designed to:
• Support lymphatic flow and reduce puffiness
• Sculpt and define your natural contours
• Release deep tension and soothe facial fascia
• Boost skin circulation (studies show increases of up to 400%)
You’ll also learn how to adapt Gua Sha for morning vs evening, and how to incorporate acupressure points to help ease jaw tension, sinus congestion, and daily areas of strain.
Included in your ticket
• A nourishing face-oil sample to use during the session and take home
• A printed Gua Sha ritual card with a video link
• Access to our herbal tea bar on arrival
All tools and props are provided.
No experience required - come with clean skin and a willingness to unwind.

The release, heal, create gathering 2026
with Louise Dick
Sunday 25th January 2026 | 1pm - 4pm
Tickets £35
Let go of the year that's passed and step into the new one with clarity and intention. This restorative day is designed to help you release worries, self-limiting beliefs, and lingering negativity. Through meditation, symbolic object breaking, aura cleansing, light movement, dance, intuition practices and a powerful vision-creating session, you'll reconnect with yourself and honour your needs. Give yourself the space to reset, renew, and begin again.
2025, a Universal 9 year, was the great clearing. It asked you to release old cycles, outdated patterns, and anything that couldn't follow you into your next chapter. It was a year of endings with purpose — a final sweep to make space for something greater.
Now 2026 rises as a Universal 1 year: the true beginning. A reset. A blank page. This is the energy of initiation, leadership, courage, and creation.
What you choose to start now becomes the blueprint for the next nine years of your life.
2026
Step into it with intention.
Step into it knowing you've already done the hard work of letting go.
Connected Christmas

Tuesday 23rd December 2025 | 7pm - 9pm
The Connected Christmas Party
Tuesday 23rd December | 7:00–9:00 p.m.
Join me for a cosy Christmas gathering as we wrap up the year together. We’ll share mulled wine and festive treats and take time for reflection on the year that’s been, celebrating the connections we’ve grown along the way.
Expect meaningful conversation, a calming meditation, and maybe even a wee Christmas sing-song to lift our spirits. It’s a chance to slow down, breathe, and enjoy the company of our community before the whirlwind of the holidays.
Come as you are, let’s end the year connected, encouraged, and ready for what comes next.
