Mat Pilates | Carole Myles | Mondays 5.45pm-6.45pm (WEEKLY)
Experience the benefits of Pilates on the mat, designed to enhance spinal and joint mobility, core strength and overall flexibility. Classes focus on building core stability and strength using the 6 Pilates principles of breath, control, centre, concentration, focus and precision.
Monday is Intermediate level. If you are a beginner or you have injuries or movement limitations, you may wish to try the Pilates mat class on Tuesdays 9am. Modifications will be offered. Classes are £12. Book Here

This workshop isn’t about fixing your face — it’s about waking it up, releasing tension, and restoring your natural glow.
We’ll begin with a calming welcome and a cup of herbal tea, giving you a moment to settle into the space.
Then, enjoy a guided Face Yoga session designed to lift, tone, and energise the face while easing the tension we often carry in the jaw, brows and shoulders.
And for the very first time, we’re excited to introduce our bespoke Facial Cups and teach you our unique Facial Cupping Method — a gentle yet powerful technique that boosts circulation for a brighter, healthier complexion

This is an event that invites you to prioritise your well-being.
Experience the powerful combination of therapeutic sound healing, which uses resonant vibrations to help you release old energetic blockages, clear mental clutter, and restore balance to your body and mind.
As we gather, there’ll be an immersive introduction into the calming scents of essential oils, how they work, and an explanation on which ones have been carefully selected and how they enhance your experience and promote relaxation, clarity, and emotional release.
To deepen your journey, indulge in the soothing practice of Indian head massage, which targets tension areas often overlooked in our busy lives. This ancient technique will help relieve stress, promote mental clarity, and encourage a profound sense of relaxation.

Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual practice, often called the yoga of awareness.
It uses multiple practices (movement, mantra, meditation and mudra) to balance the energy in the body, promoting physical and mental wellbeing and increased self-awareness.
